About the Role  We are looking for an experienced compensation leader to join our team and continue to build out the total rewards approach and team as we scale into new places. The head of Total Rewards will evolve our total rewards strategy and roadmap.  This person will manage Highspot’s compensation calendar, programs and investment trade-offs. This includes helping to execute a holistic and competitive total rewards strategy.
