LiveRamp Safe Haven is a product innovation that is unlocking new use cases by enabling secure and privacy-safe data partnerships - and it is changing the way companies do business. We run like a startup with the resources of a fast growing, large enterprise SaaS company. LiveRamp is looking for a Sales Engineer/Sales Solution Architect to join the commercial team responsible for the Safe Haven platform in international (non-US) markets. The position will be a key member of the team, providing technical expertise on both our own products but also the technologies our prospective clients use to manage their customer’s data.
The role involves helping prospective clients understand both how our products work and how they can be integrated with the rest of their enterprise architecture. In addition to becoming a trusted adviser to our clients, the role also then helps to ensure a smooth transition for new clients into the implementation phase.
The Safe Haven product itself is defining a new market niche and as such our technical pre-sales team provide regular feedback to the product managers on new feature enhancements and potential client adoption.
