As Senior Product Marketing Manager you will set the vision for what market insight is needed, then use that insight to build products with your PM partner and craft stories to help companies understand the possibilities they can create for their people and business with BetterUp.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customer and their world, through conversations with our partners and advisors, market intelligence to understand macro-trends, and partnering with our field teams
  • Cover one or more of our offerings end-to-end, ensuring strategic alignment across sales, product and marketing related to that offering
  • Articulate BetterUp's product promise and collaborate with PMs to translate that into product strategy and roadmap
  • Support our field teams in selling, by showing how BetterUp creates customer value. Focus on simplifying the complex and telling strong stories. Own a capsule collection of sales assets such as one-pager, case studies and demo experience
  • Work with brand, PR, and our content teams to help amplify BetterUp's commercial teachings and value proposition into the world, from thought leadership pieces to webinars and brand videos
  • Chart new ground and build something new - the PMM team, our stories, and BetterUp!

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • 2-3 yrs consulting experience +1-3 yrs marketing-specific experience or 3-5 yrs CPG marketing + 1-3 yrs PMM tech. 
  • Craftpersonship. Ability to translate market intel into value props and narratives that are effective and even a touch magical.
  • Bias toward action. Ability to identify the job to be done, then simplify into something tangible we can build from together.
  • Organize to win. Ability to step up to lead cross-functional co-creation and step back to support. 
  • Practice imagination. Ability to connect many dots of knowledge and think beyond the traditional constructs of the role, industry, project, etc. to elevate the company and team. 
  • Work to learn. Ability to see challenges as opportunities to learn and quickly get to a level of knowledge that allows you to create progress.
  • Playful. Ability to find fun and opportunity in ambiguity. We get to do work we care about with people we care about.
