@LifeAtALKU as a Major Accounts Specialist:

The Major Accounts Specialist will work with our largest clients as the main Billing and Client Services point of contact. This role requires attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. This role is responsible for facilitating and tracking the execution of placement level contracts and ensuring invoices are entered accurately and in a timely manner. 

Day to Day:

• Manage client portals from time of placement through invoice payment
• Host meetings with Sales teams to maintain compliance with placement level contracts
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with client base, sales, billing, and AR teams
• Work collaboratively with both internal teams and client points of contact to ensure timely payment of invoices for our largest clients
