About the role: 

Webflow is a visual web development platform that empowers non-coders to create incredible experiences for the web. 

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to own the strategy and processes for our ecosystem partner types from approvals to payments.  You will partner closely with Product, Developer Relations, Business Development, and customer facing teams to deliver a streamlined and delightful experience for our ecosystem partners.

 As a Senior Program Manager on Marketplace, you’ll … 

• Design and build operational processes for ecosystem partners types and form factors.
• Identify opportunities to outsource whether through bringing on consultants or using low code/no code software to automate your process.   

• Conduct Experiments to identify optimization opportunities and future roadmap initiatives.

• Reduce overhead and remove single points of failure - By automating workflows and codifying processes.   
• Use data driven frameworks and analytical thinking to approach opportunities and share insights with the broader leadership team.    

About you: 

You’ll thrive as a Senior Program Manager if you 

• Have 5+ years of experience in a operations or similar role 
• You are process oriented and have an eye for simple solutions 
• You have a track record of automating scaled processes and reducing overhead
• You are comfortable building solutions with low code/no code software 
• You are data driven and are proficient in SQL 
• You enjoy working cross-functionally and wearing multiple hats
• Experience working in Marketplaces, Ecosystems, and other high growth SaaS companies is a plus!
