BetterUp is looking for a Workplace & Facilities Coordinator to support our Austin office. From greeting staff and visitors to managing operational support vendors, this employee will be critical to ensuring the office allows our employees to do their best work. The role will report into our Global Workplace & Facilities manager and will be based onsite in our new Austin office.

What you’ll do:

  • Support US Locations including Austin and DC
  • Manage Food & Beverage, Wellness, Security, Maintenance, Janitorial and Property Management Vendors
  • Greet Visitors with a Smile  
  • Satisfy Employee Requests 
  • Keep Office Supplies well Stocked 
  • Assist with the Refresh Projects in London & Amsterdam
  • Office Wide Event Planning & Support 
  • Ad hoc Project Support as needed

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • Facilities Coordinator, Office Management or Reception Experience 
  • Vendor Management Experience
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills 
  • Skilled at Managing and Building Relationships 
  • Bias Towards Action
