BetterUp is looking for a “Director of Information Technology” that will lead and build our IT department as we scale our business. In this role, you will establish a brand for IT that centers around enabling our business to make the most effective use of technology in ways that align with our people, our values, and our guiding principles. You will lead and build a team of thoughtful and driven technology experts to enable BetterUp to accelerate as we continue to grow. You will drive a strategy of innovation, partnering with other leaders across our business to create solutions that will provide a significant advantage to BetterUp.
