What you'll achieve:

  • Be the expert in Salesforce Platform who will lead the development of core teams on both custom development and declarative development.
  • Manage offshore MSP development and delivery Iteratively 
  • Coordinate with BSAs to understand the requirements and raise clarifications, questions for a better understanding
  • Partner with QA tester for the development of test scripts 
  • Work with Technical Architects assigned to the respective core teams for the deep understanding on Technical Solution Proposed 
  • Review the code delivered from offshore and provide feedbacks, guidance to deliver high quality code 
  • Effective collaboration and communication across the teams 
  • Build a subject matter expertise on the core teams business process and technologies involved
  • Work on High complex Projects and Enhancements 
  • Designing Apex Rest services partnering with Platform Services team 
  • Ensure all the custom development has functionality covered in test classes
  • Review, validate and provide inputs on estimation of projects and enhancements

 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
  • 12+ years of enterprise experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions (e.g. CRM, ERP)
  • 6+ years’ experience as an Architect in a mid to large sized organization leading projects
  • Experience implementing solutions by mapping customer's business processes to Salesforce.com capabilities like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL
  • Hands on experience on implementing DevOps Stack (Copado, GitHub, GitLab etc) for CI / CD
  • Experienced on integrating platforms using middlewares like Mulesoft and Informatica on a SOA based frameworks 
  • Experience on developing and designing integration services based on SOAP, REST, Streaming, Messaging APIs
  • Experience on working with MDM solutions.
  • Experience on migrating large data volumes into Salesforce using tools like Informatica, Mulesoft, data loader etc.
  • Experience on working with platform authentication and authorization patterns and Identity management based on SAML, OAuth, OpenConnect
  • Experience on implementing CTI solutions for service cloud.
  • Experience of implementing CMS like Salesforce Knowledge
  • An understanding of important design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
  • Data management best practices including data integrity, quality, migration, and maintenance
  • Experience with batch data and real-time stream processing on Salesforce platform
  • Experience on building and publishing managed applications on the Salesforce AppExchange platform.
  • Experience on Salesforce platform security features like Shield.
  • Preferred Certified Salesforce Application Architect and Salesforce System Architect
  • Preferred Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
