We convert our concepts into user-friendly, enterprise-grade tools, and ship those tools to market as quickly as possible. On the back of strong growth in 2020, and with COVID-19 significantly accelerating our trajectory, OnFrontiers is expanding rapidly. We've made significant enhancements and major expansions in functionality to our flagship product, and built an entirely new product suite, while dramatically expanding our customer base and expert community.

Now a growth stage start-up, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team to help us develop world-class data taxonomies and matching algorithms needed to fuel our talent marketplace. You will partner with our product and engineering teams to build world-class tools that unlock expert expertise. The ideal candidate is a SQL master with the contextual awareness needed to develop data assets that positively impact the business. 

What you'll do:

  • Help us build automated tools that connect our client’s projects with expertise sitting in their internal and external networks
  • Help us study user behavior to understand how to improve our products and generate fly-wheel growth
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify improvements in efficiency and usage of their current data processes.
  • Work on a globally distributed data team across timezones to make a large impact on OnFrontiers strategy.
  • Be a lead liaison between the engineering team and business units to help ensure new efforts and changes think about data science impacts

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, at a marketplace or B2B SaaS company.
  • Advanced analysis skills: Advanced SQL, experience with many different types of databases and
  • Strong data modeling skills.
  • Demonstrated experience and passion for developing clear and easy to understand metrics and dashboards/visualizations for management meetings (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to explain, translate business needs to technical execution and effectively communicate your analyses to groups of stakeholders.
  • A strong communicator (both verbal and written) with great critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
  • Creative, positive, and helpful attitude; a team oriented, customer-centric working style.
  • Adaptable and able to navigate a rapidly growing organization: not afraid to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenging problems.

Additional experience we would love:

  • Experience working with Sisense reporting tools 
  • Experience working with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
