Picsart’s Corporate Finance Team is searching for a Senior Financial Analyst - ROI to join the team! The FP&A team at Picsart is a high-impact team whose mission is to provide insights that enable leaders to make thoughtful and strategic business decisions. We partner with our cross-functional partners and support them with detailed data analysis and scenario modeling.

This role will play a critical role in supporting the business in developing ROI frameworks to measure success. Specifically, this role will support the following teams: Product, Engineering, FP&A, and Accounting and will be critical in the development of both systems and processes to support this function. This position will require strong modeling, analytical, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product and Engineering organizations to understand costs associated with building product features
• Develop an ROI model at the corporate initiative, product, and feature levels
• Build processes to systematically measure cost inputs on major initiatives and product features
• Improvement of processes and systems that support this function
• Partner with functional leaders to properly capture Product / Engineering costs at a granular level

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or Economics
• You have 5+ years experience in corporate finance, cost accounting, investment banking, or private equity
• You have the ability to work cross functionally with Product, Engineering, and Accounting teams
• You are proficient in building models and templates
• You are strongly proficient in excel. Experience with Netsuite and Atlassian is a plus
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills; You are a financial storyteller
• You are self-motivated, responsible, creative, and are highly-driven
