• Lead the team to build industry leading big data solutions

• Ensure execution of technology/product roadmap with top Quality and clear SLA
• Build, communicate and execute Big Data Storage Platform 2S2R plans (Scalability, Stability, Reliability and Resiliency) to stay ahead of the explosive traffic growth and computation needs with stringent SLA
• Collaborate with international teams to accomplish complex cross team project
• Lead data-driven decision-making process – define KPI and Metrics to measure Big Data Storage Platform performance, team performance and evolve metrics on an on-going basis

What You Bring to the Role:

• BS or above in CS or related field
• Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals, data structures and algorithms
• Proven track records of leading, building and growing high-performance teams with timely and high-quality deliveries.
• 7+ years of software engineering with 4+ years of Big Data experiences
• Experience with several big data technologies (including but not limited to Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Akka Stream, Phoenix/HBase, Redshift, Presto/Athena, Hive, Spark SQL, Snowflake, Impala, BigTable, BigQuery, Druid and Clickhouse)
• Experience of working in a complex, service-oriented software development environment; the experience of building large-scale micro-services preferred
• Proven record of developing and commercially deploying a highly scalable Storage platform leveraging different database technologies
• Ability to work with ambiguity and operationalize emerging technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent in English and has experiences working with international teams.
• Customer Obsession, Proactive and out-of-box thinking, exemplary leadership skills to inspire the team, and drive innovation at the grass-root level
