We are looking for a Principal Engineering – Full Stack to join the R&D team in India. This person should have a proven track record of team leadership - owning, creating and delivering high quality design and code in a global yet start-up environment. This  role is a hands-on technical expert role and not a techno managerial one. You will not only need to be an expert at coding but also significantly influence both the overall technical and functional evolution of our products. You will need to show maturity and influence by mentoring other senior engineers, establish and champion technical standards & practices and resolving architectural conflicts efficiently. You should have established yourself as a subject matter expert in your area and be comfortable in building applications that provide awesome customer experiences. You are expected to collaborate with other senior engineers across the organizations to build consensus on technical blueprints, drive PoCs, identify/eliminate tech debt and adopt inner sourcing practices to share / consume  UX components  across teams. You will ensure that technical artefacts produced are modular, performing, secure and resilient in design while being responsible for ensuring actual is what is planned during execution.

What You Bring to the Role:

• MS in CS or equivalent preferred.
• 12+ years of software engineering including 5+ years in full stack applications.
• Thrive in a start-up environment and comfortable in dealing with complex problems.
• Excellent communicator. Demonstrated ability to succinctly communicate and describe complex technical designs and technology choices both to executives and developers.
• Expert on front-end frameworks using React, Angular, Javascript / Typescript, NodeJS and supporting web technologies ( like Redux / Flux, CSS, Babel).
• Proficient in building distributed applications using micro-frontend architecture with component webservices, widget libraries, RESTful APIs & SQL-like databases.
• Passionate about one or more engineering best practices that influence design, quality of code or developer efficiency.
• Familiarity in building SaaS applications on either in-house data centers or public cloud providers.
