About the Role

Twitch is building the future of interactive entertainment. Every part of the work we do is with the goal of making Twitch even more efficient and responsive. The Global Infrastructure Business Operations Team focuses on providing business support to internal Twitch teams and our infrastructure technology partners. The Infrastructure Partner Manager facilitates the Vendor Business Reviews with our infrastructure vendors. You will also manage the Vendor Onboarding Program and Vendor Deployment Program for risk mitigation and to open communication channels between the infrastructure teams and our vendors. You have experience forming relationships across all levels of an organization and is comfortable presenting to a broad range of people. You will report to Director of Business Operations.

You Will:

  • Design, develop, and lead the cross-organizational vendor management programs with infrastructure vendors including Vendor Business Reviews and Vendor Deployment Meetings
  • Own meetings with external vendors and internal teams; lead surveys to identify supplier performance and root causing issues to drive improved performance
  • Empower internal teams by facilitating issue resolution and ongoing performance improvement efforts with key infrastructure vendors
  • Measure and improve supplier performance against negotiated service level agreements
  • Track action items, status updates and escalate roadblock issues
  • Partner with the Salesforce team to build and automate workflow for Vendor Business Reviews and account management
  • Maintain vendor accounts and escalation lists in Salesforce by conducting audits and surveys
  • Represent the Twitch Global Infrastructure team and advocate our goals when working with vendors
  • Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and develop executive dashboard models

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ year(s) related program management work experience
  • Experience forming relationships across all levels of an organization and comfortable presenting to a broad range of audiences
