Senior Tech Recruiter | Remotely from US

As more talented people fill our ranks, we’re looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to help us build our growing nest of birds globally. As part of the Global Talent Team, you will have a huge impact on the growth of our company through innovative hiring strategies that meet our business needs and exceed our candidate’s expectations.

As a Senior Tech Recruiter you will support our Engineering teams, acting as a true business partner for your hiring managers. You take the lead in actively searching for the best talent out there and engaging the most highly skilled candidates through high touch and personalised experiences. By building knowledge of the external talent landscape and knowing the market's ins and outs, you are able to find, attract and engage the best talent. Your job is not only to hit the hiring target, but also to elevate our hiring practices and bring them to the next level.

You are driven and easily develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Besides that, you are comfortable with data and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient – from generating pipelines to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate. You are responsible for the entire candidate process. 

What you’ll do

  • Recruit top tech talent globally and achieve quarterly hiring goals.
  • Manage the full cycle, end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level and driving the interview process and offer process.
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying and anticipating roadblocks and find solutions.
  • Partner with senior leaders across our Engineering organisation to understand their hiring objectives and develop strategies to deliver upon hiring goals
  • Build relevant global sourcing strategies tailored to the market and hiring needs.
  • Actively contribute to promoting our employer brand via social media, events, etc.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience for every candidate!

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, as an in-house recruiter within a hyper growth tech company
  • Track record in delivering against and achieving hiring targets
  • Experience managing full cycle recruitment and closing a variety of hard to fill open source roles e.g. SRE Engineers, Engineering Managers, Principal Engineers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business partnering skills, able to build strong, productive relationships, educate and influence your stakeholders
  • Data-driven; you’re all about the numbers and using this to make informed decisions
  • Experience solving business issues by designing effective hiring strategies and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor.
  • Eager to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities with a high sense of urgency.
  • Proactive and innovative; always looking for opportunities to improve.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbally. 
  • Passionate and driven by your own enthusiasm.
