About the Role

Twitch is looking for a Program Benefits Manager to localise and lead the development of large-scale programs to develop and support Twitch creators. This role will work closely with global leads to ensure consistent structure, then localised and executed across all focus APAC.

You will assess our current processes and build the right scalable Rhythm of Business to maximize the team's efficiency and leadership's visibility to make effective decisions. Example of projects will include coordinating business important programs, designing processes for new markets, developing efficient data-driven reporting, and communication rhythm across the globe. You will report to the Director of Partnerships Operations

You Will:

• Design Processes that scale with business growth in volume and complexity and implement them across global teams
• Develop documentation and communications for processes rollout and ongoing support
• Uncover areas of opportunity to improve processes and operational performance and drive change management with Leadership team
• Develop appropriate Rhythm of Business, standard business review formats and communication cadences
• Report out projects, pipelines, status and work with teams to remove project blockers
• Hold self and others accountable to meet due dates at high-quality
• Work closely with global teams.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking and / or business operations
• Ability to drive action around complex business problems with minimal direction and little oversight on a day-to-day basis across large sets of information
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities (e.g., Excel modeling, issue prioritization, strategic framing)
• Interest and passion for content and digital entertainment
