About the Role

The Senior Product Manager - Traffic Quality will establish the strategy and roadmap for ensuring advertisers can trust and measure the reach and performance of their ad spend on Twitch. This includes working with industry leaders in verification and measurement space to build solutions for measuring viewability, fraud, brand lift etc. This product manager will also own the strategy to build first-party measurement solutions and first-party fraud detection solutions. This is a high impact role where you will deeply empathize with advertiser needs and pain points and collaborate internally across Amazon and Twitch, and externally with top industry leaders on building products for Twitch's unique media offering.

You Will:

  • Deeply understand advertiser requirements for verification and measurement
  • Determine the strategy and product roadmap for third-party and first-party measurement solutions for Viewability, Fraud, Reach, and Brand Lift.
  • Work with engineers and data scientists across both Twitch and Amazon to build ad fraud detection and prevention models.
  • Assess the technical feasibility of a proposed product or feature and enable engineers to make the right technical trade-offs.
  • Resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop go-to-market strategy and manage launches of new products

You Have:

  • 5+ years of work experience as a Product Manager or Technical Program Manager
  • You are a tireless advocate of the needs of our customers - across advertisers but also advocating for Twitch creators and viewers
  • You have strong subject matter experience in regards to advertising, measurement, verification, and partner management.
  • You have an excellent product sense
  • You understand when and how to leverage product analytics and run product experiments
  • You care about the details and strive for operational excellence
  • You are able to translate your product ideas into expected business impact

  • Technical background
  • Twitch user, broadcaster, or have experience in the gaming industry
