As a Senior Technical Program Manager reporting to the Director of Enterprise Program Delivery, you will oversee the development and launch of new capabilities, features, and processes aimed to ensure operational efficiencies within our Content and Finance space. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Leaders to deliver roadmaps and advocate for our strategy and plan. You understand the charter of our organization and aim to ensure the teams are running smoothly with continuous improvement to our Goals.

You will encompass both large and small-scale technical projects, developing against strategic roadmaps, and requires creating and enhancing partnerships across Twitch.

This position can also be located in Irvine, CA; Seattle, WA; New York, NY; and Salt Lake City, UT.

You Will:

• Manage delivery of large, high-impact programs aimed to improve operational efficiencies for our Content and Finance teams.
• Promote strategic planning, partnering with Product Management to develop project plans, roadmaps, dependency identification, and resourcing plans.
• Be a leader of the team. You are well-versed in understanding trade-offs, knowing how best to evaluate and communicate them to leadership.
• Identify technical dependencies and challenges. Evaluate and propose new technologies that result in outcome.
• You will Implement metrics to establish Portfolio, Budget, and Project measurements
• Focus on outcome, not just process. You have experience establishing processes that are or appropriate to the task at hand.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a technical program manager, project manager, or developer in software/web development organizations
• Technical knowledge. Able to contribute to technical design discussions.
• Developed productive working relationships across a diverse set of users, owners, and executives that lead to successful product delivery
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and leadership capabilities
• Technical background in the Software Development life cycle, including Agile Scrum methodologies

Bonus Points

• Have knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and an understanding of Payments Accounting.
• Have working knowledge with AWS technologies, and/or various coding language(s).
• Had exposure to content and creator/streamer applications or processes
• Experience in data analysis, metrics tracking, and KPI reporting
• Bachelor's degree in either Information Technology (CIS/MIS) or CS/CE
