About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, experienced professional to fill our Sr. Collaboration Engineer role and join our Collaboration Services Team.

You will build global room standards for collaboration, internal events, public facing spaces and technologies. You will be an important contributor in strategy setting for technologies integration and interoperability with the complex IT and workplace environment focused on end-user support, satisfaction and return on investment.

You will report to the Sr. Manager Collaboration Services within the Enterprise Technology Services Organization.

You have a good balance between autonomy and co-working, up-to-date with the workplace industry.

You Will:

• Determine collaboration standards
• Help develop technology roadmaps with an earnest desire for research.
• Participate in office build projects globally.
• Manage our worldwide fleet of collaboration technologies hardware and software
• Troubleshoot network collaboration incidents and find solutions.
• Help our internal events such as our company All Hands

You Have:

• Experience working with 3rd party integrators for office builds.
• Experience with request for proposals, CAD.
• Experience managing AV infrastructure and networks.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP standards and protocols
• VoIP and Audio/Video transport protocols including, DM, Dante, NDI and Multicasting
• Audio and Video digital signal processing platforms and configuration software
• API knowledge and engineered solutions for diverse platforms interoperability, ServiceNow
• Experience with WebRTC solutions and deployments
• 3rd party control systems, Extron, Crestron, QSC, and programming knowledge including mainstream programming languages such as HTML, Java, Python
• Experience with video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, and Chime
• Experience with managing, troubleshooting and reporting platforms such as Splunk, Tableau, ServiceNow, AppSpace, Control Hubb.
• Experience supporting executives and communicating at high level.
• Experience operating and engineering large-scale internal events, such as companywide All Hands, and meeting kick-offs
• Explorer, being compelled by personal values, curiosity, desire for personal and team success
• 5+ years of experience
