About the Position 

Join our growing recruiting team! As a recruiting coordinator at Twitch, you will manage all aspects of coordination/logistics including; candidate pipeline status, ensuring positive candidate experience throughout the interview process, scheduling, and more! Join a team that is passionate about growing and building out Twitch with awesome people. This is an opportunity to have a big impact in a rapidly scaling team and company.

This position can be located in San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; Seattle, WA; New York, NY; and Salt Lake City, UT.

You Will:

• Manage an effective coordination process for candidates and hiring managers to ensure scaling of our recruiting processes
• Schedule for the following regions: APAC and US West Coast
• Ensure the candidates and hiring teams have an amazing interview experience
• Communicate professionally in all interactions with candidates and interviewing teams including Executives
• Manage recruiting data transactions
• Work on other side projects related to Recruiting

You Have:

• You have 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a coordinator role
• You have experience scheduling Executives or scheduling for Executive roles
• You have experience with scheduling for Asia-Pacific (APAC) or scheduling for multiple international locations
• You've had experience in an administrative role in the past
• Experience with Google Apps and applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse
• Experience maintaining HR or ATS systems

Bonus Points

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Experience working in a startup or fast paced environment
• You embrace change with a great attitude and feel comfortable with ambiguity

Contract Length: 9 months

Work Hours: 11am - 8pm PDT

The base pay range for this position in Colorado, Connecticut and Washington is $27 - $30 hr and in New York City is $27 - $30 hr.
