About The Role Highspot is seeking a business-minded lawyer to serve as the Employment Counsel at a rapidly growing, Series F startup valued at $3.5B.  As Employment Counsel, there is potential to make a huge impact across our rapidly-growing global company.  We seek a lawyer with a strong background in U.S. employment law, with experience counseling on international matters, who can also adapt and apply their legal knowledge and skills to new situations and issues.  This is a unique opportunity for an attorney who is excited by taking on and leading complex projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has the right-sized risk calculus, and can seamlessly drive success working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to accomplish big things.
