About the Role
You are chartered with developing and executing cross-sell programs. Your programs will create a scalable growth machine for integrating data, marketing, product, and sales to build and accelerate our pipeline and revenue.
You will partner with our Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing teams to run programs that generate pipeline and eliminate gaps in our pipeline through data-driven, automated, and scalable growth initiatives – focused on cross-selling initiatives for our “P1” platform, which combines our core Content and Guidance licenses with licenses to our Training and Coaching Product.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic and data-centric mindset, collaborative spirit, get-it-done mentality, and will work across functions including sales, account management, product marketing, and the broader marketing team.
