About the Role
As a Director of Product Management at Highspot, you will be responsible for setting direction and execution of the product strategy to drive exceptional customer experiences and impactful business results. You will be joining other PM leaders in working closely with key stakeholders to define product strategy, build roadmaps and lead our product development efforts.
You will help us build a world-class team of product managers, as you inspire, lead and grow them to invent the future of sales enablement here at Highspot. You will be joining a team with a well-respected culture of product and design and you will work closely with the Design, Research, TPM, and Engineering teams. You will help us shape and grow not only the product, but also the team and company culture.
In this role, you will be responsible for the core of our existing product, ensuring that our publishers can efficiently organize content at scale and that end-users can quickly and easily find that content through browse, search, and recommendations. You will be working closely with customers and collaborating broadly across the team to enhance and scale these capabilities.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about growing, supporting, and empowering an inclusive team of product managers, and who enjoys collaborating with others to build a high-quality product. Experience as an IC understanding a broad set of customer requirements, digging into technical constraints, synthesizing complex systems, and using their expertise to deliver an elegantly simple customer experience, will help this individual be successful in coaching others through similar challenges. This person will also benefit from being a skilled communicator, who can drive enterprise-level customer conversations, collaborate effectively with other disciplines, and land proposals with stakeholders.
