We're looking for early career managers who will help our engineers find creative solutions to challenges.    As a Manager of Software Engineering at Highspot, you will inspire, lead, and grow a team of creative and talented core engineers within a major product area. You’ll bring your expertise and skills to bear on strategic decisions about our technical ecosystem, team operations, team norms, and engineering culture.  You'll also be a key decision-maker with a focus on growing, simplifying, and maintaining our in-app reporting capabilities. Your team will own the underlying reporting infrastructure and query capabilities needed to unlock access to strategic, analytical insights so customers can successfully self-serve an increasing number of data-based questions.
