This has created an unbalanced world where there are programmers and those who consume their programs. Replit is changing that dynamic by bringing the next billion software creators online. Reaching one billion software creators sounds outlandish, but we can achieve it this decade if past growth holds or accelerates. Growth engineers help us reach this goal by owning and optimizing key user journeys. Recent projects include instrumenting the signup flow, marketing attribution, and experimenting with a new signup hook.
