We are seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist, Systems & Process to support our global recruiting efforts! With significant growth across our company the Recruiting Operations Specialist, Systems & Process will work across the Recruiting team to support process standardization, system adoption, and solutions to hiring challenges. The right person for this role has a passion for making processes more efficient, driving results, and helping people make sense of their recruiting challenges.

This role can be based out of one of our North America offices or remotely.

Responsibilities

• Participate in implementations across areas of Recruiting Operations & other HR groups
• Coordinate pre-employment process from offer to hire
• Complete Greenhouse (ATS) Template Updates
• Providing system access to HR new hires. (LinkedIn, Greenhouse Recruiter, Gem, etc.)
• Respond to ad hoc inquiries regarding Recruiting Operations
• Maintain data quality standards through audits, interpreting data, and recommending solutions
• Function as a subject matter specialist on our key systems, including: Greenhouse and Gem (our Candidate Relationship Management System)

About you

• 2+ years of experience with in-house recruiting operations, recruiting, or coordination
• Hyper attention to detail, you pay attention to the small stuff
• You love problem solving and have a natural curiosity to independently determine how things work
• Strong communications skills and the ability to effectively interact with internal business partners at all levels of the organization
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel (or Google Sheets) skills 
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse experience a plus)
• Experience with a Candidate Relationship Management System a plus
