The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations plays a vital role in building the technology stack that will support MongoDB’s revenue goals. In this cross-functional role, the candidate will lead a team of product owners, analysts and developers and have an active voice in how MongoDB shapes internal its revenue tech stack. Also, work closely with stakeholders across Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to strategize, organize, enable, and expand capabilities that support demand generation goals.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage a multidisciplinary team of developers and business analysts to ensure business goals are reached
• Build a robust and reliable infrastructure of top of funnel systems and back end integrations
• Support systems integrations between marketing & sales systems, ex.: SFDC, Iterable, Segment, Eloqua, Workato, third-party data providers, etc…
• Ensure effective and efficient design of solutions combining  technology and business processes
• Monitor health and data hygiene of system of records and system of engagements
• Independently identify and analyze risks connected to marketing technology and customer data and recommend solutions 

Requirements

• Experience leading and nurturing a fully remote team
• Deep technical experience with CDPs, Tag Management, iPaaS, Salesforce and other business systems
• Success in design, implementation, and scale-up of enterprise business technology platforms.
• Experience evaluating new technologies and their impact on solving elected business problems
• Demonstrated expertise in leading the construction of mature marketing technology stacks, integrating marketing tools to support business objectives, and establishing scalable processes
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Natural drive for innovation and creative problem solving

Bonus Points

• Experience building reverse ETLs infrastructure
• Understanding of both B2B and B2C campaign management 
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce.com
• Master’s Degree or professional programming experience
