In this role, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical recruiters in a remote environment
  • Build relationships and partner with leaders in our Technology organization (Engineering, Product Management, and Design) up to the executive level
  • Conduct weekly 1:1's with your team
  • Strategize on ways to build a strong talent pipeline in a constantly evolving market
  • Use analytic tools and data to find new markets in North and South America for our tech teams to find and hire top tech talent
  • Manage a req load and ensure our tech recruiters req load is balanced and prioritized
  • Participate in DE&I recruiting efforts, and ensure that our hiring partners are kept up to date with these efforts
  • Work cross-functionally with teams including HR ops, legal, people partners, compensation, benefits, etc.
