As a Mid-Market Customer Account Executive, you’ll get to work with the BEST part of our business, our existing customer base - who we lovingly call our Raving Fans! Mid Market customers are agile. They grow fast, break rules, and they often lead the charge on adopting new technologies.
This role requires a high level of proficiency in executive presence, business acumen, prospecting, and solving customer problems. All of this will show up as you find new groups of potential Gong users within your accounts to get them on board. Your ability to drive a strategic partnership is what makes you a top-performing sales rep - ensuring Gong is aligned to each customer’s unique business needs in such a way that they continue to renew.
