As part of the People Experience & Planning team, the Strategy & Programs team plays an important role in enabling a coordinated, data-driven HR strategy for our global People Team while crafting talent management programs focused on optimizing our employees’ engagement, talents and performance. You’ll join a team of project managers and talent management specialists responsible for designing and implementing high impact people programs for a rapidly scaling, global workforce. In addition, you and your teammates will manage strategic initiatives and projects for some of the People Team’s most complex cross-functional initiatives. Reporting to the Head of People Strategy & Programs, you’ll enable our People Leadership Team to make data-driven, intentional decisions in managing our talent, focused on empowering our most valuable asset - our employees. With strategic business acumen, a keen focus on the employee experience, and comfort managing a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders, candidates for this role should be excited to tackle a wide array of people-related issues and ensure GOAT Group is on the leading edge of organizational effectiveness best practices.
