Our platform delivers integrated content management, training, contextual guidance, customer engagement, and actionable analytics.
We're looking for a Senior Business Partner to take our Revenue Strategy team to the next level in EMEA. The Revenue Strategy team is a center of excellence consisting of strategy, operations (process + execution), analytics & insights, learning & development and enablement disciplines that each provide thought leadership, removal of roadblocks, training and coaching to Highspot teams in pursuit of revenue. The right candidate for this role should have strong experience in international partnership and collaboration between North America and EMEA teams as well as other global regions. This role is preferred to be based in London, England but Highspot will consider Munich, Germany or Paris, France locations for the right candidate.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in designing and managing scalable internal processes to support our rapid growth and expansion. You will play a key role in optimizing our go-to-market strategy to fuel growth and delight our customers. You will be an expert at cross-functional collaboration, being able to balance needs of multiple key stakeholders and have experience leading complex projects. In this role you will have the opportunity to flex between the tactical and the strategic, experience a wide variety of projects, and make a major impact on Highspot growth initiatives. You will partner closely with three regional offices (Northern Europe (London), Central Europe (Munich) and Southern Europe (Paris)) to ensure success against annual corporate initiatives and synergy in global strategy, operations and enablement.
