About the Role:
Highspot is seeking to appoint a Manager of Account Management for EMEA. This is a strategic and high visibility role in which you will inspire, motivate and support the pan-European Account Management team to deliver customer delight at every touchpoint. The successful candidate will benefit from a proven track record of building and retaining customers and partners in a high-growth environment, and you will create long-term strategic relationships with them. You will play a key role consulting and influencing customers, developing, positioning and closing opportunities and managing all financial aspects of the relationship.
You will be responsible for a team of Account Managers across Europe as they partner with customers to ensure they fully realise the return on their investment in Highspot. You will collaborate across the organization, forming strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, product, operations and finance.
