Reporting to the Manager of Global Sales Operations, this position is responsible for supporting a variety of sales & services related programs and initiatives across North America, EMEA, and APAC. The role will work cross-functionally with multiple OpenTable departments including sales, internal systems, marketing, finance, and IT to support the rollout and continued optimization of multiple business functions as they relate to Sales & Services. This includes new product launches and associated internal sales process modifications, forecast management, CRM integration, process documentation, as well as sales territory modifications & administration. This position collects and analyzes data needed to make decisions about our sales and restaurant service initiatives. This role will support and then lead internal systems trainings, handle sales and restaurant service process support needs, address sales territory revisions, and tackle ad hoc project needs.
